We source a wide range of common parts including raw material which only requires cutting or forming, electronic components including certified powercords, audio-visual and coaxial cords.

Samples can be sent for customer approval at any stage in the process therefore we can provide mock-up samples, first-article samples and mass production / pre-shipment samples.

Sub-assembly capabilities include Surface Mount Technology (SMT), through-hole assembly and chip on board (COB) / bonding. Final assembly process includes relevant testing in-process and end-of-line inspection. Packaging can then be done in various methods including giftbox, blister card, and pvc or pet clamshell.
 

In addition to our factory audits, we can also provide in- process sample inspection and final product inspection. Inspections will be made using both the approved customer specification and the customer approved first article sample. Adding a company logo, changing or adding labels or using unique packaging.
